Snow Day...of sorts

It's not the Northern snow, certainly nothing that would cause a snow day where I grew up in Michigan, but for Georgia girls, it was SNOW!!!

We had plans for this afternoon but this evening there was still enough to have a snowball fight and make a mini snowman - dried leaves for the hair and a carrot for the nose (it is facing the girls), I gave S some broccoli to stick in for eyes but " J didn't like the broccoli eyes, mom, so I ate one".

It was very wet, very slushy and wasn't going to last very long at all - not even all that pretty to look at once it landed on the waterlogged ground but it was a fun break from the routine.
